Data Protection Notice
PASCOE welcomes your visit to the web page and your interest in our company, products and services. As it is important to you and to us that your personal data are protected and handled with care, we should like to give you a brief explanation of what data are collected during your visit to our homepage and how they are used. We thank you for your confidence in us and assure you that PASCOE handles your information with care and observes all legal provisions, particularly those of the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG).

Personal data
Personal data are particulars about the personal or factual circumstances of a defined or definable natural person. They include information which is supplied voluntarily such as name, address, telephone number or email address. You may supply these data on contact and registration pages for example. Non-personal data are information that cannot be directly linked with your real identity such as the IP address.

Collection and processing of data
Web server protocols
As is generally the case with almost all web pages, the server on which our web pages are located (called the “web server” below), automatically collects information in the web server protocols, when you visit us on the internet. The web server automatically recognises certain non-personal data such as your IP address, the date and time when you visit our pages, the pages on our internet site that you visit, the web page where you were previously, the browser you use (e.g. Internet Explorer), the operating system you use (e.g. Windows 2000) and the domain name and address of your internet provider (e.g. AOL). If our web page uses cookies, the web server also stores this information. We regularly evaluate these server protocols to establish which pages of our internet site are visited. So we obtain a more exact picture of how our web page is used and how we can continue to improve what we offer. Furthermore, we can use this information if the system is misused together with your internet provider and/or authorities on site to detect the author of the misuse. There is no individual profile building about your internet behaviour. No personal reference can be derived from this and data is not transferred to third parties, even in extracts. These data are not conflated with other sources of data. Other personal details such as name, telephone number or email address are not collected, unless you provide this information on a voluntary basis, in the context of an inquiry or registration.

Google Analytics
Our web page uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses what are known as “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which make it possible to analyse use of the web page. The information produced by the cookies about your use of our web page (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the web page, to put together reports about web page activities for the web page operator and to render further services associated with web page use and internet use. Google will also transfer this information to third parties if appropriate, as long as there is legal provision for this or insofar as third parties process these data on behalf of Google. Google will never connect your IP address with other data from Google. You can stop the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly. However, we should like to draw your attention to the fact that if you do so you cannot use all the functions of our web page to the greatest extent. By using our web page, you state that you consent to the processing of the data collected on you by Google in the fashion described above and for the above-named purposes.

Information from other sources
Information that we obtain from other sources include updated information on the order and supplier address of our delivery people and other transport companies. We use these to update our database so that we can deliver your next orders reliably and to guarantee that we can communicate with you.

Use and transfer of personal data
We use the personal data that you have supplied exclusively for the purposes of technical administration of the web pages, to meet your wishes and requirements and to improve processing.

PASCOE does not use personal data openly in relation to other companies or institutions and PASCOE does not publish, surrender or exchange them. Personal data are only transferred to third parties when this is required for the purposes of implementing a contract (particularly transfer of order data to suppliers) or when you have been informed of this beforehand and have expressly agreed. These third parties are prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing the service for PASCOE.

Other conditions apply only when PASCOE is obliged to disclose and transfer the data by law or by court order. In addition, we use your data, on condition that you agree, to inform you of new developments, products, orders, services or marketing offers and to update and administer your contact data. Administering data also helps to prevent misuse (AMG). You have the right to withdraw your consent with future effect at any time after granting it.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw your consent to our collecting, processing and using your personal data with future effect at any time. The exceptions to this are any legal provisions on data collection.

You can notify us that you withdraw your consent at:

widerruf@pascoe.de

or
